Hello!
Exciting News: My New Reformer Pilates Studio
I am Angéline Dezitter and after years of inspiration and growth, I’ve decided to create my own Reformer Pilates studio. A cozy, private space nestled in the beautiful nature of Schilde. It’s a place where happiness, effort, growth, and development will always be at the heart of everything I do.
I am thrilled to welcome you to my studio starting this summer! While I’m currently on a one-year journey with my husband and two children, I look forward to returning and sharing all the knowledge and inspiration I’ve gathered from Pilates teachers around the world.

In the coming months, I’ll share more details with you about the studio, the classes, and the experience I’m creating. I can’t wait to meet you after this beautiful adventure and help you grow stronger, more balanced, and connected with your body.
Stay tuned for updates, and see you soon!
My Story
I was born and raised in France, but I’ve called Belgium home for the past 20 years. I'm fluent in both Dutch and French, so I can connect with clients from all walks of life in the language that suits them best.

Sports have always been a big part of my life. From competing in French handball leagues to running multiple marathons and spending countless hours in the gym, I pushed my body to its limits. However, after years of intense physical activity, my body started giving me clear signals that it needed something different. I decided to listen to those signals and find a deeper connection between my body and mind.

10 years ago, I discovered Pilates. Finally, I found a way to improve my posture, flexibility, and strength in a controlled, mindful manner. The physical and mental changes I saw in myself were truly transformative, and they inspired me to learn everything I could about Pilates and become a certified instructor.
I completed my training with Balanced Body, one of the leading Pilates education providers. I’m passionate about helping others find their own mind-body balance through the power of movement. In my classes, I strive to guide my clients toward greater strength, mindfulness, and a deeper connection with their bodies.
