You'll learn fundamental exercises on the reformer in a supportive, small-group setting, ensuring personalized guidance. This low-impact yet highly effective workout is ideal for all fitness levels, helping you move with confidence and ease.​​​

Elevate your Practice 

Our Reformer Pilates STRONG classes are designed for those who have a solid foundation in Pilates and are ready to challenge their strength, coordination, and endurance. 

This level introduces more dynamic movements, increased resistance, and advanced transitions to further enhance core stability, flexibility, and overall body control. Expect a faster-paced session with refined techniques, requiring greater precision and body awareness. 

I will guide you through each movement, ensuring proper form while helping you push your limits safely.
