Our Reformer Pilates FOUNDATION classes are designed for clients who already know the basics and are ready to move towards an intermediate level.
At The Hundred, classical Pilates is the foundation of every class: control, alignment, breath, and precision. But we also add our athletic signature: a more dynamic, strength-focused approach that challenges endurance, stability, coordination, and full-body control.
Expect controlled but challenging sequences, deeper muscular work, and personal guidance in a small-group setting.
Perfect if you want to build strength, confidence, and body awareness on the reformer, with precision and intention.

Elevate your Practice
Our Reformer Pilates STRONG classes are designed for those who have a solid foundation in Pilates and are ready to challenge their strength, coordination, and endurance.
This level introduces more dynamic movements, increased resistance, and advanced transitions to further enhance core stability, flexibility, and overall body control. Expect a faster-paced session with refined techniques, requiring greater precision and body awareness.
I will guide you through each movement, ensuring proper form while helping you push your limits safely.


The Hundred BUILD
Mat Strength class: 8 mats
Pure strength, the Hundred way.
In this 50-minute class, we focus on building muscle using weights from 2 to 12 kg, combined with a reformer Pilates box used as a bench.
We integrate the fundamentals of Pilates: posture, control, and breath to train efficiently, safely, and with precision. You’ll progressively increase weights and intensity at your own pace.
